We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise aides and students, and document clinical activities.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure resident safety, maintain schedules, and adhere to ASHA standards and regulations.
- Participate in care conferences, quality initiatives, and department operations.
- Support organizational policies, deal professionally with residents and staff, and manage documentation accurately.
- Work in a healthcare environment that may involve exposure to infectious materials and requires flexibility for extended hours or temporary role adjustments.
