Description:

• This Pharmacy Technician role is within a remote contact center.
• We service Our Client’s Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
• Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to the M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
• Our time frames are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).

• Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm in-office days
• On-site on a rotational basis
• Schedules are subject to change based on business needs
• Help desk is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Peak season:
  Oct. to Mar.
• Schedules are based on seniority and company needs

Top 3 Required Skills/

Experience:

• Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
• Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to accept change

• Call center experience
• CMS knowledge

• CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Technician licensed)
