Overview
We’re Hiring:
Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT)
Peak Autism Center is seeking compassionate, motivated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities- Provide direct therapy under BCBA supervision
- Collect data and support skill development
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with children a plus
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
