Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Detroit, MI, for a Senior Living Advisor. The Senior Living Advisor will provide a personalized experience, working directly with seniors and their families to assess living preferences, healthcare requirements, and financial abilities. The role involves building relationships with local senior living communities, providing professional guidance to clients, and arranging community tours. Strong local knowledge and the ability to deliver empathetic support are key elements of the role.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong multitasking ability with exceptional organization, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Natural problem solver who can think on their feet and adapt quickly to changing client needs
  • Proven sales mindset with the ability to build trust quickly, overcome objections, and close with confidence
  • Ability to research, assess, and match clients with the best possible solutions
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to support families during high-stress decision-making situations
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or advisory roles required; healthcare or senior services experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Detroit, MI area and surrounding communities is an advantage
