Position: Patient Management Clerical Associate Full Time Evenings Child Medicaid
Tenet Healthcare - DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Management Clerical Associate at Tenet Healthcare, you'll:
Greet or contact patient, and collect and verify all necessary demographic insurance and related data;
Schedule appointments, generate appointment notices, reschedule and post cancellations;
Verify insurance coverage and benefit levels;
Provide financial counseling services to assist patients in identifying and obtaining alternate payment sources;
Review, monitor, and reconcile collected demographic and insurance data in order to ensure accurate bill production.
