Physical Therapist – Home Health Care – Full Time

Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs (e.g., heat water, exercise, etc.) directed towards relieving pain and/or restoring physical functions to rehabilitative clients.

• A specific level of technical knowledge and the applications of various treatment interventions in order to relieve pain and/or restore a physiological function.
• This level of knowledge is generally obtained through the completion of an accredited bachelor's level program in Physical Therapy.

• Current State of Michigan Licensure in order to practice as a registered physical therapist.

• The ability to lift and position clients and to perform treatment modalities.
• A high level of interpersonal skill is required to effectively interface with clients and physicians.
• Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
