International Tax Manager

UHY is growing and we’re looking for an International Tax Manager to join our expanding International Tax Practice. This is an opportunity to work with multinational clients on complex cross-border tax matters while playing a key role in client relationships and team leadership.

• Lead international tax engagements for multinational clients
• Advise on cross-border tax planning and global structuring
• Oversee U.S. international tax compliance (GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FDII, FTCs)
• Review Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118, and related filings
• Research and resolve complex international tax issues
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop staff

• 5–8+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or consulting
• CPA or Enrolled Agent required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules
• Experience working with multinational clients
• Leadership experience or interest in managing teams
