Accounting Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the close, driving reporting accuracy, and partnering cross-functionally (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Audit) — while also leading and developing a small team.

What you’ll own

• Lead and elevate monthly close quality and on-time delivery
• Oversee global consolidation and corporate/regional reporting
• Validate monthly results prior to leadership reporting; support monthly presentations and key deliverables
• Prepare monthly/quarterly U.S. GAAP cash flow statements
• Drive balance sheet/income statement analytics, reconciliations, and monthly balance sheet reviews
• Build and manage a global reporting calendar in partnership with global finance teams and auditors
• Manage and develop direct-reports
• Partner with Finance teams to maintain alignment between accounting methodologies and planning models
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support adoption of new accounting standards and system/process changes

What they’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA and/or public accounting background preferred
• Strong track record of execution, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
• Consolidation/reporting tools exposure a plus
• Experience in complex, multi-entity and/or international environments is a plus
