We’re seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support the financial backbone of a fast-growing technology company. This is a hands‑on apprenticeship for someone who wants to understand how investor reporting, compliance, and financial operations work inside a venture‑backed SaaS business.

You’ll collaborate with our finance team, including the Controller and external accounting partners, while gaining exposure to investor relations, financial modeling, and core accounting workflows. High performers receive preferred consideration for future internships and full‑time roles at Hush.

• Support investor reporting and data-room updates
• Assist with invoicing, AR tracking, and follow‑ups
• Help maintain cap table and compliance documentation
• Contribute to Excel models for planning and analysis
• Support monthly finance processes and reconciliations
• Help connect and maintain finance‑related systems

All work is performed within established internal controls and professional oversight.

Requirements

• Student majoring in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Ability to read financial statements
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to work on‑site in Detroit
