Fortitude is hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor to lead a high-performing team serving high-net-worth clients. You'll play a key role in delivering customized financial strategies while advancing your own professional and personal growth in a collaborative, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do- Build and deepen trusted client relationships
- Lead client meetings, identify complex needs, and deliver tailored solutions
- Oversee the development of holistic wealth plans with internal experts
- Support business development efforts and nurture new opportunities
- Mentor and guide team members to promote ongoing growth
- 8+ years of relevant experience (financial planning, accounting, legal, etc.)
- One of the following required: CFP®, CPA, CFA, or Series 65 (CFP® strongly preferred)
- Expertise with high-net-worth clients and financial planning tools (eMoney, Holistiplan)
- Leadership skills, mentoring experience, and excellent communication

All candidates must maintain a clean U4 with no disclosures.
