Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst for a newly created role with a well-known client in the Detroit Area.

This role is vital for their growth initiatives and will be key in supporting their expansion plans. The Senior Analyst will have high visibility and will interact with key leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial systems and database infrastructure.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
• Use visualization tools to improve efficiency.
• Analyze reports and provide insights to support decision-making across the firm.
• Serve as a communication link between IT and Accounting/Finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a professional services organization is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with executives.
