Senior Loan Officer

MOD Mortgage is hiring experienced Senior Loan Officers who are ready to elevate their production, close more loans, and be part of a high-performance team with elite systems, daily support, and a culture built for winners.

• Originate mortgage loans (purchase + refinance)
• Manage your pipeline with the support of processing + operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
• Follow up with leads, collect documents, and structure files
• Provide exceptional client experience from pre-approval to closing
• Stay current on loan products, guidelines, and market trends
• Optionally grow into a team lead or branch owner role

• 1+ year experience as a mortgage loan officer (required)
• Ability to take and structure a complete 1003
• Strong communication + relationship-building skills
• Motivated, coachable, and consistent
