This is a hands‑on role focused on indirect tax compliance, research, audit support, and process documentation. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties across multiple jurisdictions.

• Prepare, coordinate, and support filing of multi‑jurisdiction indirect tax returns and related reporting
• Research indirect tax rules to determine registration needs, rates, exemptions, and compliance requirements
• Support audits and information requests tied to indirect tax, including documentation and reconciliations
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate indirect tax treatment and clean upstream data
• Work with external providers/consultants and occasionally interact with tax authorities as needed
• Assist with tax configuration and data flow within tax tools/engines
• Build and maintain process documentation to strengthen controls and repeatability
• Mentor/support team members on research and audit documentation projects

• 5+ years of experience in indirect tax (international exposure is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analytics
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance with speed and accuracy
• Organized, deadline‑driven, and able to work independently
• Systems experience (ERP/tax tools) is helpful
