CFO/VP Finance - Commercial Services - Private Equity Growth

Our client is an established private equity-backed commercial services company and is a growing industry player with an aggressive M&A strategy. We are seeking a senior financial executive to build out the foundational accounting and finance platform to allow the business to grow to the next level and beyond.

You will be working to an ambitious acquisitive growth strategy and will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team as the top finance executive. You will oversee a “lean and mean”, fast-paced team operating out of multiple locations with responsibility for consolidation and integration of the finance, accounting, and administrative functions.

This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level in operational direction. You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, with an emphasis on advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following: multi-location, commercial services industry experience, hands on approach but with a strong analytical and operational mindset, player/coach management style, ideally with experience managing IT, HR and/or other operational functions.
