We are seeking a talented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide actionable insights through financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, helping us optimize profitability, manage risks, and fuel sustainable growth in a competitive retail landscape.

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, incorporating company goals, financial position, and potential risks to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including three-statement analysis, to support forecasting, benchmarking, and process improvements.
• Create multi-scenario forecasts to anticipate future business conditions and guide proactive decision-making.
• Monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on annual budgeting processes and provide ongoing variance analysis and reporting.
• Identify performance trends, recommend cost-saving initiatives, and propose creative solutions to enhance financial efficiency.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support leadership and operational teams.
• Analyze operational data to measure productivity, ensure data integrity, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in finance or a related role is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, business services, or financial institutions is a plus.
