Loan Officer Assistant

The Loan Officer Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our loan officers by managing administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth loan process for our clients.

• Assist loan officers in preparing loan applications and documentation.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
• Maintain organized records of loan files and documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriters and other departments to facilitate loan processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Previous experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
• Familiarity with loan processing software.
