FP&A Manager (Hybrid Schedule | Manufacturing)

Venteon is partnering with a growing advanced manufacturing organization to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational decision support. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional leaders, turning data into insights that drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.

This position is hybrid with occasional travel to support multiple sites.

What you’ll own
  • Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long‑range planning process
  • Build and refine models for revenue, margin, labor, overhead, and cash flow
  • Analyze KPIs and variances, highlight risks/opportunities, and recommend actions to improve results
  • Create monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and executive‑ready presentations
  • Deliver clear financial narratives to leadership to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Partner with operations on cost/standard cost insights and manufacturing performance metrics
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to teams across Operations, Sales/Commercial, Procurement, and HR
  • Support pricing analysis, capital planning, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Improve FP&A tools and processes (automation, standardization, better reporting cadence)
  • Collaborate with IT/ERP stakeholders to strengthen data accuracy and reporting efficiency
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 7‑10+ years of progressive financial analysis/FP&A experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to simplify complex info into actions
  • ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar) plus advanced Excel
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional leaders and communicate finance clearly
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
  • People leadership experience is a strong plus (2+ years preferred)
