We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests and scanning guest tickets, managing guest access issues, and escalating to a supervisor/manager when appropriate. They will also operate ticket scanners, printers, and other equipment as needed, deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty, and maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
The ideal candidate will have an acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy, a strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs, and the ability to work late hours and have a flexible schedule. They will also have 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment, read, write, and speak English fluently, and be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
