Gatehouse Attendant

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, invites you to apply for the Gatehouse Attendant role. This position monitors community access and provides exceptional customer service.

• Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring top‑notch customer service.
• Obtain and properly document identification from all residents and guests as they enter the community.
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties; must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes.
• Work in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.

• High integrity, positive attitude, mission‑driven, and self‑directed.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience.

• Often located away from the management office in a small structure; the environment may be indoors or outdoors.
