Industrial Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking an Industrial Automation & OT Systems Specialist to support a wide range of operational technology, industrial controls, HMI/SCADA platforms, and networking tasks in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, shifting priorities quickly, and taking on responsibilities beyond a traditional job title.

• HMI / SCADA Systems
• Support, configure, and troubleshoot the following HMI/SCADA platforms:
• Rockwell Factory Talk View, Studio, and Historian / OSI PI Historian
• GE Proficy HMI and Historian
• Power meters, with emphasis on Schneider Electric
• Assist with PLC connectivity, diagnostics, and data acquisition.
• Networking & System Support
• Configure user accounts and apply system settings (UAC, Windows firewall, power settings, etc.)
• Configure NIC/network adapter settings and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Basic hands‑on experience with switches, firewalls, and routers (physical layer understanding).
• Ability to terminate network connections and assist with cabling and hardware setup.
• Protocols & Dat/systems
• Exposure to process control protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, BACnet, OPC, DNP3).

• Experience with major industrial HMI/SCADA platforms
• Hands‑on experience with PLC environments (Allen‑Bradley, GE, Siemens)
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively
