Robotics Test Engineer - Onsite

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans to validate AI models and robotic systems in production environments
• Develop automated testing frameworks including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and simulation-driven validation
• Define new performance metrics for intelligent collaborative robots including adaptability, robustness, and trustworthiness
• Analyze test data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential improvements in robotic system performance
• Collaborate with Robotics Intelligence teams to validate early prototypes and ensure design requirements are met
• Work alongside AI & Simulation teams to benchmark AI models before deployment to physical systems
• Create continuous safety monitoring protocols to ensure reliable operation in dynamic environments

• 5+ years of experience in robotics testing and validation with strong background in HIL testing
• Expertise in simulation environments for robotic systems validation and performance testing
• Experience developing safety monitoring systems and performance benchmarking methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex test data and recommend improvements
• Excellent documentation abilities for test procedures, results, and validation methodologies
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for robotic systems
