We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer III with 5–7 years of experience in designing and implementing in-building broadband network solutions. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a strong presence in both field and office environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and installing in-building network architectures, coordinating broadband deployments, and managing large-scale build projects from feasibility through implementation. This position supports field engineering and sales teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with technical standards.

• Design and install equipment used to transmit broadband data over in-building networks.
• Work with coaxial cable, twisted pair copper, fiber optic cabling, switching equipment, and complex network systems.
• Coordinate installation of new in-building broadband networks and related equipment.
• Evaluate multi-tenant residential and commercial buildings to determine compatibility with various network systems and broadband services.
• Manage large-scale broadband build projects, ensuring timely planning, coordination, and execution.
• Produce technical documentation to assess build feasibility for candidate properties.
• Provide general ad-hoc operational support to local field engineering and sales teams.
• Identify work area hazards and implement appropriate safety and prevention measures.

• 5–7 years of relevant telecommunications engineering experience.
• General knowledge and hands‑on experience designing and installing in-building network architectures.
• Experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals).
• Knowledge of general work area hazard identification and prevention.
• Strong understanding of broadband infrastructure and network systems.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year college degree) or equivalent field experience.

• Experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility-based applications.
• Frontline experience working directly with customers or clients.

Strong communication and coordination skills in cross‑functional environments.
