Mechanical Construction Project Manager- MEP

We’re partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor in the Detroit market that is hiring a Project Manager to support and lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects.

This is a local role — no road work — ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career while staying close to home.

• Manage commercial and industrial mechanical projects ($2M+ budgets)
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractors
• Work closely with superintendents and field teams to drive project execution
• Communicate with owners, GCs, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget

• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Assistant PM
• Background in commercial and/or industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing
• Experience managing mechanical projects valued at $2M+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Based in or near Detroit; all work is local
