Lead Technical Product Manager

We're partnered with a global market leader in the Tier 1 Automotive Supplier space who is continually pushing the boundaries of material science and engineering solutions.

They're expanding massively and hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager who will spearhead the launch of a new product portfolio of connected devices in the bike space heavily focusing on rider-facing mobile apps.

You will build the strategy and execution for the connected device product line, owning the end-to-end product development alongside a third party full stack engineering team. You will shape the delivery of the entire digital experience of these connected products in the bike space, including rider-facing mobile apps, product design, connectivity-aware UX & cloud infrastructure.

This role is fully onsite in either Denver CO or Detroit MI (generous relocation package offered)

• Develop the strategy and execution for a new product line of connected devices in the biking space, heavily focused on rider-facing mobile apps
• Working with a third party full stack engineering team and executive leadership to successfully launch the new product line of connected devices in the biking space
• Be a key player in building out the entire software eco-system of the connected device product line, owning end-to-end product development
• Regularly present technical information and product decisions to the CEO
• Work with a third party mobile development firm, pushing back when necessary to bring the connected device product line to the biking market

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years experience in a technical product management or software engineering role
• Min 2 years experience in the bicycle, ebikes or micro-mobility space
• Expert at owning the end-to-end product development of connected device products in the biking space
• Strong track record of launching mobile related connected device products in the biking space
• Experience with BLE, LTE/5G and delivering B2B solutions
• Strong experience presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong experience presenting technical information to C-Suite
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
