Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $73.00/hr

Hybrid role, 3 days downtown (required), 2 days remote;

Preferred: 2+ years' experience in power distribution estimating on large projects.

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field and the knowledge / capabilities typically acquired through 3 plus years of job relevant experience estimating for large power distribution projects.

InEight estimating knowledge would be a plus.

Electrical Engineering degree and/or good understanding of power distribution systems.

Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship needed from employer

Eligible to be converted into full time employee in the future without sponsorship needed from employer.

Must be local.

Responsibilities

Assists project management teams by developing, monitoring and updating estimates as part of an integrated project plan, so that the project may be executed in the most efficient manner possible.

Applies methods and techniques, standards, processes, procedures, guidelines and templates, to efficiently manage, develop, and control project estimates.

Assignments are received in the form of results expected, within operating policies and procedures.

Decisions may involve changes to normal work processes.

Supports project team and estimating personnel efforts toward the development of the project plan and translating the project plan into the project estimate.

Develops and provides analysis of project estimates as applicable.

Ensures the credibility of the information contained in the estimate and associated cost management plans.

Assists with the preparation of project time and/or cost claims.

Develops and records project historical estimate information and lessons learned.

Applies methodologies, techniques and tools, software, standards and guidelines for estimating, knowledgeable in application of estimating software and application of the software.
