Construction Project Manager; Civil

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and wastewater treatment facility projects from early planning through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, effectively manages subcontractors and internal teams, and consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Lead day‑to‑day project management for civil infrastructure and wastewater treatment construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and progress reporting
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure constructability and accuracy
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, coordination, and performance
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and industry standards
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation

• Proven experience managing civil infrastructure and or wastewater treatment projects
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, concrete, piping, and treatment plant systems
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑phase projects with minimal oversight
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
