MEP Construction Project Manager; Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects with scopes ranging from $2M–$10M. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping scopes
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, change orders, and forecasting
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Manage schedules, procurement, RFIs, and submittals
• Maintain strong communication with owners, engineers, and general contractors
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing $2M–$10M mechanical scopes
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
• Design-build and/or negotiated project experience preferred
