Responsibilities- Controls programming for food and beverage processing and packaging, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery controls
- Develop automated test systems for industries and applications, including EV battery test systems, aerospace and rocket test, turnkey test system, and cloud‑enabled test and measurement systems
- Consult with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport while addressing requests
- Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels
- Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects
- Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks
- Develop and grow leadership skills
Note:
25‑50% travel required for some positions, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Interest and ability to program in text‑based languages and object‑oriented concepts
- Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work‑related travel
Compensation is based on relevant experience, industry and location standards. $83,000—$95,000 USD
