** Principal Responsibilities
*** Meet with existing clients on a regular basis to discuss projects
* Be involved in training, and mentoring of staff
* Market control engineering services to existing clients
* Development and design of control systems
* Field troubleshooting of PLC and control devices
* Commissioning and start-up of systems
* Control Panel Design
* PLC/HMI Programming
* Development of Bill of Material (BOM) documentation
* Other duties as assigned
** Required Skills/Abilities
*** Must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above and have demonstrated leadership traits
* Self-starter
* Ability to perform quality control checks
* Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
* Skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs;
Control Systems Architecture/Engineering Design
* Networking skills and server installations
* Commissioning and start-up experience with control systems
* Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC Programming / Factory Talk Development
* Proficiency with Wonderware, Siemens PLC / DCS Programming and HMI Development, AutoCAD Electrical

***** Education and Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree (Science)
* minimum of 5 years of qualifying experience
* or* 10 years of experience or equivalent experience
** Physical Requirements
*** Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds
* Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms and grasp or pull
* Will have exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises
* Ability to work in Industrial setting
