Overview
A leading electrical contractor is seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale industrial and commercial projects. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong command of electrical systems, and can lead crews with confidence and precision.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.
- Lead daily planning meetings with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align on goals and resolve issues.
- Manage QA/QC processes, conduct inspections, and oversee commissioning of electrical systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installations and troubleshoot field challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, punch lists, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution from mobilization to closeout.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record managing crews of 20+ electricians on complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified;
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
