Purpose of Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Math Specialist to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Math Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the mathematical skills and academic success of our middle and high school students. Salary

$65,000 inclued single person health benefits.

Special Knowledge/

Skills:

* Proven experience teaching mathematics to middle and/or high school students.

* Strong knowledge of middle and high school math curricula, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Passion for mathematics education and a commitment to promoting student success.

* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learners.

* Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and math-related software.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

MAJOR

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

* Develop and implement comprehensive math curricula aligned with educational standards for middle and high school students.

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.

* Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to enhance student understanding and problem-solving abilities.

* Provide individual and group tutoring sessions to support struggling students and challenge advanced learners.

* Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and improvement.

* Collaborate with other math teachers to develop cohesive and interdisciplinary instructional approaches.

* Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technological tools relevant to math education.

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.

* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
