Plan, direct, and coordinate programs that promote quality instructional delivery, active learning, assessment, and enhance student success.

• Assist in the management of data and prepare reports to support curriculum and assessment for accreditation and program quality improvement.
• Manage the development, planning, and delivery of programming to assess and improve instructional quality.
• Support maintenance of electronic systems for course‑level and program assessment. Map learning outcomes and test questions for assessments.
• Identify students who need academic support, maintain records, and support student development.
• Collaborate with course coordinators (as assigned by supervisor) to assess needs and strategize methods to increase student success and curricular optimization.
• Train and support instructors in effective use of software resources for instruction and assessment.
• Facilitate scheduling for classroom activities and assessments.
• Direct activities of student assistants in preparing course materials, arranging classrooms, entering data, and other related tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an education‑related field from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Teaching certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum two years of job‑related experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in education support within a secondary or university educational institution, with knowledge of curricular information and registration policies and procedures.

• Computer skills: Considerable knowledge and experience with educational technology and web‑based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use; ability to create and manage databases.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Job Effectiveness: Superior planning, organization, and customer service skills; ability to think and function independently; high level problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Institutional knowledge: Ability to maintain a working knowledge of professional curricular information, assessment policies, and university and program registration procedures.
