Level 3-Designated Trauma Center Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Garden City, MI! If you're ready to make an impact in a busy, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! The position starts in Summer 2025 and offers full-time, permanent employment.
Key
Job Responsibilities:
Provide quality care to a wide variety of patients in an Emergency Department with an annual census of 36,000 visits.
Collaborate with a supportive team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
Manage acute conditions, injuries, and emergencies for a diverse patient population.
Work with the latest EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient management.
Help manage both routine and high-acuity cases in a non-designated trauma center.
Adhere to best practices and guidelines to ensure safety and patient satisfaction.
Have the flexibility to handle mixed shifts and varied caseloads based on need.
