You will be at the forefront of providing world-class imaging services to children. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric specialists, contributing to the care of a diverse pediatric patient population.

- During call week and weekends, residents and fellows are in house and cover night call, with attendings available if needed
- Must live within about one hour for occasional fluoroscopy needs
Clinical scope
- Pediatric only. No adult reads
- Full spectrum imaging including radiographs, ultrasound, CT, MR, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy
- Primary site is Childrens Hospital of Michigan; low-volume reads for children age 5 and under at other DMC hospitals
Teaching and academic engagement
- ACGME-accredited Pediatric Radiology fellowship at CHM
- You will teach pediatric radiology fellows, radiology residents, and medical students from programs across Southeast Michigan
- Academic appointments are available with Wayne State University, Central Michigan University, and Michigan State University
Technology and support
- Current PACS is Change with Power Scribe dictation
- Transition to Sectra PACS planned for March 2026
- Multiple magnets on campus, Dual Source 256 Slice CT with FLASH technology, nuclear medicine, new fluoroscopy and X rooms slated for 2026
- Dedicated Child Life support and experienced technologists
Institutional strengths
- Free-standing Pediatric Level I Trauma Center verified by the American College of Surgeons
- ACR accredited in MRI, CT, NM, and US
- Pediatric Burn Center verified by the American Burn Association
- 137-year pediatric mission focused on helping children and families live happier, healthier lives
Qualifications
- BE/BC in Diagnostic Radiology with accredited Pediatric Radiology fellowship

- CAQ in Pediatric Radiology or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology
- Interest in teaching and thriving in an academic environment
- Fetal imaging experience welcome but not required
- Open to new graduates and experienced pediatric radiologists
