Physiatrist PAPE/H & P Stroke Management Amputations Discharge Summary/Medical Records Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings Weekly Care Plan Documentation Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines Prescribing Narcotics Daily Patient Face-to-Face Acute Consultations as necessary Insurance Peer-to-Peers as necessary Requirements:
Board Certified (No BE) - Required Michigan Medical License - Required at the time of clearance, no exceptions (Not accepting IMLC) BLS Certification - Required Local Provider - REQUIRED, no exceptions This locum tenens position near Detroit, MI, offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality Physiatry care in a supportive setting.
