What You Will Do- Interpret a broad range of abdominal and pelvic imaging studies, including:
- CT: oncology, trauma, abdomen/pelvis, liver, pancreas, GU, bowel.
- MRI: liver, biliary system, prostate, pelvis, female reproductive system, rectal staging, and renal imaging.
- Ultrasound: abdomen, pelvis, vascular, and Doppler studies.
- X‑ray/Fluoroscopy: GI and GU contrast studies, feeding tube placements, etc.
- Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, gastroenterologists, and hospitalists to support inpatient and outpatient clinical care.
- Focus on maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and consistent report turnaround times (TAT).
- REMOTE reading
- 8 AM – 4 PM Monday – Friday (8 hr shifts)
- Average daily volume: 80–120 cases per 8‑hour shift (mix of CT, US, MRI, X‑ray).
- Optional evening or weekend extra shifts may be available at premium hourly rates.
- Participation in resident and medical student teaching.
- Schedules posted 90 days in advance for predictable work‑life balance.
Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Body Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Breast and Women’s Imaging, Emergency Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology. IR is supported by four Physician Assistants.
Where You Will Practice- Huron Valley–Sinai Hospital — Level III trauma; community hospital setting.
- Harper University Hospital — Level I trauma; tertiary academic center.
- Detroit Receiving Hospital — Level I trauma; primary adult trauma center.
- Sinai-Grace Hospital — Level II trauma; high‑volume community and trauma site.
- Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) — Specialty rehabilitation.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (American Board of Radiology)
- Fellowship training in Body Imaging, Abdominal Imaging, or Cross‑Sectional Imaging
- Strong skills in CT, MRI, and Ultrasound interpretation
