Where you fit inAs a Service Coordinator in our Detroit branch (Troy, MI), you will be a sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professional working closely with sales, technical, and accounting staff to ensure a superb customer experience. Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
- Schedule service calls nationwide.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule available technicians.
- Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service tickets in our system.
- Initiate RMAs and collaborate with shipping and receiving departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Willingness to fearlessly embrace company culture.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while asking the right questions when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, acting as the face of our company to clients.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer at least 2 years in a corporate, service, or hospitality environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Base Salary $35,000 to $50,000/yr (DOE)
