Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled videographer and editor who can confidently handle both sides of the camera. This role is responsible for filming on-site client content approximately once per month per client, editing short-form social videos, and supporting Leveret Drive’s branded video content.
Most client deliverables are short-form, 30 second to 1 minute reel-style videos for platforms like Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts. There will also be occasional longer-form content such as interviews, educational videos, or internal brand pieces.
This role requires someone who understands how to capture clean, professional footage, edit with intention, and adapt content to different brands without overproducing or chasing trends.
Key Responsibilities Client Video Production- Travel to local client locations to film monthly video content.
- Capture high-quality video and audio optimized for social platforms.
- Guide clients through filming in a way that feels natural and professional, even for those uncomfortable on camera.
- Ensure footage aligns with each client’s brand tone and marketing goals.
- Edit short-form videos (30s to 1m) for social media.
- Create occasional longer-form videos when needed.
- Add captions, and basic branding elements where appropriate.
- Deliver polished, platform-ready files on agreed timelines.
- Film and edit Leveret Drive’s own social media and thought leadership video content.
- Support internal content initiatives such as educational videos, announcements, or brand storytelling.
- Maintain visual consistency across Leveret Drive’s video presence.
- Edit content filmed by clients when needed.
- Improve pacing, clarity, and visual quality while maintaining authenticity.
- Apply captions, light cleanup, and formatting for social platforms.
- Proven experience filming and editing video content, ideally for businesses or brands.
- Strong understanding of short-form social video formats.
- Comfortable working with clients in real-world environments, not studio-only setups.
- Ability to balance quality with efficiency, knowing when simple is better.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence on-site.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage recurring monthly deliverables.
- Proficiency with professional or prosumer video cameras.
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Experience with captions and basic motion elements for social content.
- Understanding of lighting and audio fundamentals.
- Ability to format and export content correctly for multiple platforms.
- Experience filming service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with Linked In and B2B social content.
- Photography skills.
- Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and content strategy.
