Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Creative Director to define the creative vision and drive the art direction for key projects from concept to completion
- Own the AI creation of high-impact visual narrative boards and treatments, establishing a clear and compelling visual language
- Lead a hybrid creative workflow, using generative AI tools for rapid ideation and concept exploration, then applying traditional design craft to polish and perfect the final visuals
- Present and articulate your creative concepts and visual strategy to internal teams and stakeholders
- Iterate on creative work with precision and speed, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the core concept
- Act as a resident expert on AI-driven design, mentoring others and exploring new tools and techniques to keep our creative team on the cutting edge
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Director, Designer, or Concept Artist within an agency environment or studio environment
- An outstanding portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, strong aesthetic, and visual storytelling, including examples of storyboarding
- Portfolio must include examples of work created using generative AI tools (e.g., Veo, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A deep understanding of the fundamentals of art direction, including composition, typography, color theory, and lighting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your creative vision
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work hand-in-glove with creative leadership
