The Opportunity

As a Concrete Paving Foreman, you will lead skilled crews, oversee day-to-day paving operations, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

How You Will Make an Impact

Supervise and coordinate all concrete paving operations, including site preparation, placement, finishing, and curing.

Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring productivity, strong teamwork, and adherence to company safety standards.

Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of paving operations.

Coordinate daily project activities while supporting scheduling and production planning.

Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with project managers regarding manpower, materials, scheduling, and field coordination.

Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies while conducting regular jobsite safety meetings and inspections.

Maintain clear and professional communication with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Extensive experience in commercial or heavy civil concrete construction.

Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple concrete operations on active job sites.

Strong understanding of concrete paving methods, finishing techniques, and construction best practices.

Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical plans.

Familiarity with construction management tools such as HCSS Heavy Job, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Experience coordinating field schedules, production rates, and project execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

OSHA Certification or equivalent safety training.

Strong commitment to jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and team performance.
