We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground‑up commercial construction projects. The Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients across education, healthcare, faith‑based, retail, and multi‑unit residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all on‑site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Proactively solve problems and adapt to changing conditions.
- 5+ yearsamaxperience in commercial construction supervision.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LEED practices and sustainable building techniques is a plus.
