Job Details

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in business development initiatives and estimating processes
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and retail construction projects1
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, contract law, and construction methodologies
• PMP certification preferred
• OSHA 30-hour certification required
