• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
• Track market trends and maintain updated pricing databases.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
