Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Provider to support the developmental and emotional needs of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and possess a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational space where children can thrive, learn, and grow.

• Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and mealtimes to ensure safety at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Provide basic caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, and assisting with toilet training for infants and toddlers.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed.
• Administer first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage good conduct and social skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care standards are met.

• Prior experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom experience.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly preferred.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation or the ability to commute to the childcare facility if required.
• A genuine passion for caring for children and supporting their growth in a safe environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $40.00 per hour
