Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as Director of Sales, located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Director of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence. Responsibilities include managing sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
The role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and achieving strategic growth.
- Proven expertise of two plus years experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel sales, to drive revenue and strategize growth
- Strong focus on Customer Service to foster positive client relationships and satisfaction
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership
- Experience in Business Development to identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s portfolio
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
