As part of the Dealer Direct team, the Dealer Launch & Enablement Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Business Development (BD) team and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new automotive dealership clients.
This role supports both the sales lifecycle and the client activation process, handling solution setup, Salesforce integrations, lead processing, and dealer enrollment tasks that prepare new clients for success with Urban Science solutions.
This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to our Detroit, MI office. Candidate must be available and willing to work in-person three days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the dealer enrollment and onboarding process, coordinating closely with the BD and Dealer Growth teams to ensure a streamlined activation experience.
- Manage solution setup and configuration, including Sales Alert and Traffic View onboarding workflows, user access, account setup, and CRM integration checks.
- Coordinate Salesforce CRM integrations, validating data connections and ensuring lead and customer records flow properly into the system.
- Process and monitor incoming leads, ensuring timely routing, accuracy, and data quality for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate directly with dealerships to gather required onboarding assets, confirm details, schedule meetings, and manage follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce, including opportunity notes, onboarding tasks, contact data, and status changes.
- Prepare supporting materials, including reports, client‑facing documents, presentations, and solution usage.
- Partner with Dealer Success Specialists and Operations to support training coordination, usage tracking, and early client engagement milestones.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the dealer onboarding experience, offering insights to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.
- May represent Urban Science on virtual onboarding sessions or handoff calls, supporting BD and Dealer Success teams.
- Works with manager to complete annual goal setting and performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Works with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging clients and internal partners.

- Experience in dealership sales, BDC, Internet, or similar automotive roles strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn complex data‑driven solutions and explain processes clearly to dealers.
