Role Summary

Proposal Coordinator will work directly with the business development and marketing team to create all client deliverables in support of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Creating Introductory Packages, AIA Submissions, Request for Qualification Responses and Request for Proposal Responses
  • Developing Marketing materials and maintaining evolution over time
  • Utilizing Cosential (CRM database) and other programs to track information and develop deliverables
  • Scheduling internal meetings with stakeholders in the proposal/interview process.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the organization to plan and execute seminars, networking events, industry events, sponsor ships, attendee engagement, etc.
  • Identifying client specific requirements
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure on‑time completion of their assigned tasks
  • Assist with internal team KPI tracking of all leads and data reports to leadership.
  • Assist business development in conducting comprehensive research of new market sectors, geographies, and submarkets. Provide support to business development in communication, outreach, and coordination of new market targets.
  • Supporting brand recognition and awareness campaigns
  • Performing quality control reviews of all client deliverables in the sales process
  • Interview presentation development
  • Coordinating the implementation of marketing plans for each market sector
  • Prepare internal meeting agenda’s
  • Resourcefulness and ability to track down information quickly and accurately
  • Ability to learn quickly and prepare estimates in the proprietary format
  • Maintains high level of professionalism at all levels
  • Cost management skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to detail and strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Must be well organized and possess problem solving skills

Qualifications
  • Demonstrates and models Sachse Construction’s core values
  • 3+ years sales or marketing experience
  • Proposal experience with knowledge of the design and construction industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Architecture or Engineering
