Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer relationship and cross-functional account team for a large food service chain
  • Develop and implement business solutions that drive beverage category profit and volume
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve objectives and improve team performance
  • Oversee the development of short-term and long-term beverage strategies
  • Manage a joint scorecard to ensure team meets expectations and delivers sustainable results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant areas
  • Minimum of 7 years of strategic sales experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate and navigate complex customer relationships
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in conducting regular business reviews to monitor relationships and performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience consulting with customers as a beverage category partner
  • Ability to navigate the customer's franchise system to achieve growth objectives
  • Proven track record in selling and executing business initiatives
  • Familiarity with innovative beverage solutions and driving incidence-based solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
