We’re looking for a Business Development Manager for our Southfield, Michigan office who’s energized by strategic prospecting and building lasting relationships. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to be part of a company that delivers best-in-class service to some of the biggest names in business — and still feels like a tight-knit crew.

Who You Are:
  • A relationship-builder with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in commercial real estate, workplace solutions, or related industries.
  • A self-starter who’s confident leading the sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to helping close deals and grow long-term accounts.
  • Someone who’s as comfortable persuading prospective clients over the phone, video calls, in-person as they are networking with and entertaining industry peers.
  • A strategic thinker who sees the big picture and knows how to connect the dots to align relationships with opportunities.
  • Energetic, creative, curious — and just a little competitive.
What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct outreach to companies, in-person engagement and building relationships with industry peers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across a variety of industries and client sizes.
  • Collaborate with our data-driven team to identify companies in transition and offer them tailored workplace solutions, from furniture to facility services.
  • Utilize industry-best data tools and compelling marketing collateral to support your success.
  • Represent Rightsize at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
