The Workforce Solutions Program Specialist supports the delivery of Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs for public and private sector clients. This role ensures efficient program operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction by collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on staff augmentation, services procurement, and related workforce solutions.

• Manage daily operations within Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers, responding to inquiries within SLA timelines.
• Support requisition, candidate, and SOW processes across multiple job and service categories.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Legal, and Finance on requisitions, contracts, billing, and approvals.
• Act as liaison between clients and MSP operations to resolve escalations and clarify requirements.
• Train hiring managers and suppliers on VMS functionality and processes.
• Monitor program metrics (fill rates, cycle times, retention, supplier performance), prepare summary reports, and hold suppliers accountable through coaching and training.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in client onboarding, system enhancements, and supplier engagement activities.
• Analyze pricing, audit assignments, and ensure alignment with contractual terms.
• Support projects related to direct sourcing, contingent-to-hire conversions, and total talent solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed program SLAs and KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably within MSP programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service mindset.
• Analytical, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa, IQNavigator preferred).
• Ability to build effective relationships and maintain confidentiality.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• 3–5 years’ staffing experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Account Manager, or Onsite Representative.

• Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
• May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

• Hybrid office environment with low noise levels. Must be able to travel to Southeast MI and Northern OH to client locations.
